Quality Control

We adhere to strict quality control procedures to guarantee low deficiency rates. And our partners in Southeast Asia have also implemented quality control procedures throughout both the production process and distribution channels. All have earned the industry’s highest quality certification ISO, QS and TS16949.

In addition, we have teams in place to inspect materials such as media, steel, and rubber products. Production assessment and random sampling of finished filters is part of our procedure.

Our “Parts per Million” (PPM) program involves:

  • Quality Product: An inspected filter with correct packaging is measured by PPM with a goal of 50 PPM.
  • Right Quantity: Measured by order fill rates with a goal of 100%.
  • Traceability: Proper filter identification with date and lot codes.
  • The use of control plans and corrective action reports deviations Our team of engineers uses their experience, serving the OEM, to develop products from start-to-finish.

This includes product analysis, application requirements, CAD drawing, prototype development, testing, retesting up to mass production, and quality control.
